The Journey to Balance
My path to Reiki didn't start in a studio or a wellness retreat, it started shortly after my daughter was born, I found myself drawn to something deeper. I started exploring spirituality and energy healing, and the more I learned, the more it resonated with me on a level I hadn't expected.
That's when I found Reiki, and it just clicked.
I received my Reiki Level I certification and made a conscious choice not to rush. I wanted to truly understand the practice before moving forward, so I spent time working with the energy, learning from each experience. When I felt ready, I moved into Reiki Level II, and again, I took my time. I worked with clients, grew with each session, and built my confidence through real practice rather than checking boxes.
A few years later, I completed my Reiki Master Teacher Level III certification, and honestly? It was one of the most meaningful things I've ever done.
I started Balanced Reiki because I believe this work can genuinely help people, and I want you to feel that too. Whether you're curious, skeptical, or somewhere in between, I'd love the chance to earn your trust and show you just how good it can feel to come back to yourself.
I'm really glad you found your way here.
What to Expect
Every session begins with a brief check-in so I can understand where you are and what you're carrying. From there, I'll work through your energy centers using light, intentional hand placements, no pressure, no discomfort, just a quiet space for your body to settle and release. We close with a moment of reflection so you can ground back in before you go.
Prefer a distance session?
Reiki energy isn't limited by location, it works just as effectively remotely. We'll connect via video call, you'll find a comfortable place to lie down, and the session flows the same way. Many of my clients actually find distance sessions incredibly powerful.
"Did you do a session on me last night? I felt an immediate release, I was crying from how strong it felt."
— A client, after an unannounced distance session
